C-Bond Systems, Inc. announced that it has entered into securities purchase agreement to issue promissory note in the aggregate gross proceeds of $157,000 on March 1, 2024. The transaction included participation from new lender, 1800 Diagonal Lending LLC. The notes shall bear interest at a rate of 12% per annum.

The maturity date of the note December 30, 2024.
