(Alliance News) - Cap-XX Ltd on Monday said it has raised GBP2.2 million through a placing, subscription and retail offer of shares.

The Sydney-based company, which makes supercapacitors for portable electronic devices said it has raised GBP150,00 from a retail offer of 153.0 million shares priced at 0.1 pence each.

On Friday, Cap-XX said it had raised GBP2.0 million via a placing and subscription of shares.

In total, from the placing, subscription and retail offer, Cap-XX has raised GBP2.2 million. Accordingly, 2.19 billion shares will be issued.
