Care Service Co.,Ltd. (JASDAQ:2425) signed a contract to acquire Hidamari Co., Ltd. on July 19, 2019. Under the terms, Care Service Co.,Ltd. will acquire 20 shares of Hidamari Co., Ltd. For the year ended February, 2019, Hidamari Co., Ltd. reported net assets of ¥7.3 million, total asstes of ¥46.9 million, sales of approximately ¥140 million, operating income of ¥1 million and net income of ¥1.8 million. The board of Care Service Co.,Ltd. resolved to acquire Hidamari Co., Ltd. The transaction is expected to close on July 22, 2019.
