Care Service Co.,Ltd. (JASDAQ:2425) concluded a basic agreement to acquire visiting bath business from Yasashiite Corp on March 20, 2018. Care Service Co.,Ltd will sign business transfer agreement with Yasashiite Corp on April 20, 2018. The transaction is resolved by the Board of Directors of Care Service Co., Ltd on March 20, 2018. The transaction is expected to close on June 1, 2018.
