Care Service Co.,Ltd. (JASDAQ:2425) agreed to acquire remaining 40% stake in Beijing Fuyuan Shunxin Care Management Co., Ltd. from Beijing Jingyi Shunxin Management Consulting Co., Ltd. on June 15, 2018. The contract conclusion of the stake transfer is expected to take place on June 30, 2018. Upon completion, Beijing Fuyuan Shunxin Care Management Co., Ltd. will operate as subsidiary of Care Service Co.,Ltd. As on December 31, 2017, Beijing Fuyuan Shunxin Care Management Co., Ltd. had net assets of CNY 1.9 million and total assets of CNY 2.7 million. The transaction has been resolved by the Board of Care Service Co.,Ltd.
