Cipherlab Co.,Ltd. announced earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2021. For the first quarter, the company announced total revenue was TWD 320.800 million compared to TWD 223.258 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 27.180 million compared to operating loss of TWD 54.781 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 24.610 million compared to net loss of TWD 43.011 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 0.36 compared to basic loss per share of TWD 0.63 a year ago.
Cipherlab Co., Ltd. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the research and development, manufacture and distribution of mobile computing systems and automatic data collection systems related products. The Companyâs primary products include handheld industrial computers, handheld automatic identification scanners and fixed terminal equipment. The Companyâs products are mainly used in the fields of warehousing management, assets management, inventory management, factory automation management and logistics automation management, among others. The Company mainly operates through five business segments: direct customers segment, agents segment, the United States of America (the USA) sales segment, China sales segment and others segment. The Company mainly exports its products to Europe, the Americas and Asia.
