Coastal Contracts Bhd. is a Malaysia-based investment holding company, provides integrated energy infrastructure and marine services and solutions. The Company operates through four segments: Gas Processing, Vessel Chartering, and Shipbuilding and Ship repair. The Gas Processing segment is engaged in the provision of onshore gas conditioning and jack-up gas compression services. The Vessel Chartering segment is engaged in lifeboat chartering business. The Shipbuilding and Ship repair segment is engaged in fabrication and sale of offshore support vessels and marine transportation vessels, ranging from subsea support vessels, subsea maintenance vessels, platform support vessels and utility support vessels, among others. It also engages the sub-contract, vessels chartering and towing, marketing, ship delivery, offshore support, sale and purchase, exploration and production projects, tugboat and barge transportation, and property letting and other investment activities.
