COASTAL CONTRACTS Coastal Contracts Bhd announced Kwan Cheong Kaw @ Kuan Yeek Chieu resigned as independent & non executive director effective on April 30, 2013. He started his career as a Division One accountant with the Sabah State Treasury and subsequently gained his practical experience in a firm of chartered accountants. He established his practice in the early 1970' s and is a member of CPA Australia, the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Malaysian Institute of Taxation.
He resigned due to old age and poor health condition.
