All of the Bank’s loans held for investment are made to individuals and businesses within its local markets in South Carolina, North Carolina, and Tennessee, and substantially all of its deposits are acquired within its local market areas. The Bank originates and services mortgage loans to consumers in its primary markets. The Bank’s personal banking services include personal checking, personal savings, personal loans, and others. The Bank’s business services include business checking, business savings, business loans, and others. The Bank’s offices are located in Walhalla, Seneca, Anderson, Williamston, Westminster, and Greenville, and others.
