Cordlife Group Limited announced the appointment of Xu, Tianhong as Independent Non-Executive Director, effective May 14, 2024. Appointment as approved by shareholders at the annual general meeting held on 14 May 2024 pursuant to Section 183 of the Companies Act 1967 of Singapore. Working Experience: 2021- present: Chief Executive Officer, Base Therapeutics Group Holding Limited 2015 - present: Partner, Virtus Inspire Ventures 2018 - present: Board Member, Tactiva Inc. 2017 - present: Board Member, Embolx Inc. 2019 - present: Board Member, Triarm Inc. The Company will arrange Dr. Xu to attend the training programme conducted by a training provider as specified in Practice Note 2.3 of the Listing Manual of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited within 1 year from his appointment date.

Professional Qualifications: M.D. and M.S., Fudan University, Shanghai, China - 1999 Ph.D. in Molecular and Human Genetics, Baylor College of Medicine, Texas, United States of America - 2006.
