Press Release Culiacan, México, July 26, 2013- Desarrolladora Homex S.A.B de C.V. (Homex or the Company), informs that the price performance of the Company's stock derives from the market reaction to Homex's Second Quarter 2013 results published yesterday when the market closed.

The Company's quarterly earnings results were weak at the same time that presented adjustments to Homex inventory and accounts receivable. Nonetheless, today Homex at its earnings conference call shared a favorable perspective for the Company, where Homex expects the re-activation of its housing projects and clarified that the Company has sufficient land reserve aligned to the rules of operation announced by SEDATU for the reactivation of its housing projects.
