EASY BIO, Inc. agreed to acquire 40.4% stake in Seoul Feed Co., Ltd. for KRW 29 billion.

Easy Holdings Co Ltd, formerly Easy Bio Inc, is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of blended feed. The Company operates its business through four segments. The Feed Business segment mainly manufactures and sells products such as blended feed and additives. The Meat Processing Business segment is engaged in pig breeding and the manufacture and sale of slaughter products. The Poultry Business segment is engaged in broiler and duck industries. The Other Business segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of grains and other products. The Company sells its products in domestic and overseas markets.
