Vesper Capital Spolka Z Ograniczona Odpowiedzialnoscia agreed to acquire a 38.15% stake in ED Invest Sp=lka Akcyjna for PLN 9 million.

ED Invest SA is a Poland-based company active in the real estate construction and development sectors. The Company's principal activities comprise of investment preparation, execution, marketing, and sale of apartments and single-family houses, as well as multifamily houses and commercial spaces. The Company is active through two business segments: the Construction segment and the Development segment, which are connected with housing investments. The Company's projects portfolio encompasses several housing projects, such as Osiedle Wilga, Osiedle Jantar, Osiedle Jantar Bis, Osiedle Iskra VI, Osiedle Nasturcja, Przy Parku I, Przy Parku II, Ogrody Bielawy, Dywizjonu 303 and Osiedle Krasnowolska, among others. In addition, The Company offers property management services. ED Invest SA is active in the domestic market in Warsaw.
