Vesper Capital Spolka Z Ograniczona Odpowiedzialnoscia completed the acquisition of 10.46% stake in ED Invest Spólka Akcyjna.

ED Invest SA is a Poland-based company active in the real estate construction and development sectors. The Company's principal activities comprise of investment preparation, execution, marketing, and sale of apartments and single-family houses, as well as multifamily houses and commercial spaces. The Company is active through two business segments: the Construction segment and the Development segment, which are connected with housing investments.
