Homann Holzwerkstoffe GmbH completed the acquisition of additional 27% stake in Global Mdf Industries B.V. from Egypt Kuwait Holding Company (S.A.E.).

Homann Holzwerkstoffe GmbH signed an agreement to acquire additional 27% stake in Global Mdf Industries B.V. from Egypt Kuwait Holding Company (S.A.E.) (CASE:EKHO) on May 10, 2022. Under the terms, the deal will be executed in two tranches, the first tranche will take place at closing and will involve the acquisition of 16.2% stake while the second tranche for an additional 10.8% will be finalized at the start of production. On May 10, 2022, Homann Holzwerkstoffe GmbH acquired 16.2% in Global Mdf Industries B.V.
