Jassim Loay Al Kharafi, Vice Chairman of the Board of Egypt Kuwait Holding Company (S.A.E.) made an offer to acquire a 11.4% stake in Egypt Kuwait Holding Company (S.A.E.) from Al Khair National for Stocks and Real Estate Company for KWF 54.6 billion.

Jassim Loay Al Kharafi, Vice Chairman of the Board of Egypt Kuwait Holding Company (S.A.E.) made an offer to acquire a 11.4% stake in Egypt Kuwait Holding Company (S.A.E.) (CASE:EKHO) from Al Khair National for Stocks and Real Estate Company for KWD 54.6 million on February 6, 2022. Jassim Loay Al Kharafi to purchase 128.38 million shares in Egypt Kuwait Holding Company for KWF 425 (KWD 0.425) per share. Al Khair National for Stocks and Real Estate Company has approved the transaction.
