Circle K Enterprises Inc. agreed to acquire Mapco from Empresas Copec S.A. (SNSE:COPEC) for $730 million on April 28, 2023. The consideration is subject to usual adjustments. The sale is subject to certain conditions for this type of operation, and includes the authorization of the competent bodies.
Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and Tyndall Group acted as financial advisors to Empresas Copec S.A. (SNSE:COPEC) while Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP acted as legal advisor.
