Sheng Bang Investment Corporation announced that it expects to receive TWD 700 million in funding from Faraday Technology Corporation

Faraday Technology Corp is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the design, manufacture and distribution of application specific integrated circuits (ASICs) and relevant components. The Company’s primary products include ASICs, wafers and silicon intellectual property (SIP) components. The Company is mainly involved in non-recurring engineering (NRE) business, as well as the provision of customized ASIC and SIP products. The products are mainly applied in network communications, multimedia, computer storage and peripherals, consumer electronics and artificial intelligence IoT products. The Company mainly distributes its products in domestic and overseas markets.
