On August 4, 2023, Fossil Group, Inc. announced Mr. Greg A. McKelvey, Executive Vice President, Chief Commercial Officer, that his position with the Company was being eliminated in connection with the Company?s ongoing Transform and Grow strategy. Mr. McKelvey will remain employed with the Company through August 11, 2023. Mr. McKelvey?s responsibilities will be assumed by other executive officers at the Company.
