Fossil Group, Inc. Announces the Elimination of Darren E. Hart as Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer, Effective April 26, 2024

On April 2, 2024, Fossil Group, Inc. informed Mr. Darren E. Hart, Ph.D., Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer, that his position with the company was being eliminated in connection with the Company's ongoing Transform and Grow strategy. Mr. Hart will remain employed with the Company through April 26, 2024. Mr. Hart's responsibilities will be assumed by other officers at the Company.
Mr. Hart had previously entered into an Executive Severance Agreement with the Company (the Agreement") and will receive certain payments and benefits in connection with a termination of service without cause under the Agreement.
