Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) has declared to the AMF that on March 4, directly and through its subsidiary Platinium Compass, it exceeded the threshold of 10% of Getlink's voting rights, holding 7.29% of the share capital and 10.96% of the voting rights.

This threshold crossing results from the allocation of double voting rights. Platinum Compass has no plans to increase its shareholding in Getlink, nor to apply for one or more seats on the Board of Directors of this Eurotunnel parent company.
