Getty Realty Corp. reported earnings results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2023. For the fourth quarter, the company reported sales was USD 45.62 million compared to USD 42.56 million a year ago. Revenue was USD 47.64 million compared to USD 43.12 million a year ago. Many of its properties are located at trafficked urban intersections or conveniently close to highway entrances or exit ramps.
