Getty Realty Corp. reported earnings results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2023. For the fourth quarter, the company reported sales was USD 45.62 million compared to USD 42.56 million a year ago. Revenue was USD 47.64 million compared to USD 43.12 million a year ago. Net income was USD 16.51 million compared to USD 27.31 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.3 compared to USD 0.57 a year ago. Many of its properties are located at trafficked urban intersections or conveniently close to highway entrances or exit ramps.
