Giantplus Technology Co., Ltd. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2021. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was TWD 2,696.03 million compared to TWD 1,784.83 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 120.99 million compared to net loss of TWD 304.5 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 0.27 compared to basic loss per share of TWD 0.69 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was TWD 0.27 compared to diluted loss per share of TWD 0.69 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was TWD 7,577.24 million compared to TWD 5,124.01 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 50.92 million compared to TWD 644.68 million a year ago. Basic loss per share was TWD 0.12 compared to TWD 1.46 a year ago. Diluted loss per share was TWD 0.12 compared to TWD 1.46 a year ago.
Giantplus Technology Co., Ltd. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the research, development, manufacture and distribution of liquid crystal display (LCD), touch panels, modules and others. The Company's major products include medium-sized and small-sized mono super twisted nematic (STN) LCDs and liquid crystal modules (LCMs), as well as medium-sized and small-sized thin film transistor (TFT) LCDs and LCMs. In addition, the Company provides touch screens.
