The Board of Good Fellow Healthcare Holdings Limited announced that on 4 January 2022, Beijing Zijing Hospital Co. Ltd., the Tenant (an indirect non wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) and Beijing Shengrong Huapeng Science and Trade Co. Ltd. entered into the Tenancy Agreement in respect of the lease of the Property.

Property: 11 Beijing Station East Street, Dongcheng District, Beijing, the PRC#. Lettable area: Approximately 3,489.2 square metres. Term: 3 years, commencing from 1 January 2022 and expiring on 31 December 2024 (both days inclusive).

Usage: Operation of medical wards, hospitality and office. Annual rent: RMB 2,400,000 (equivalent to approximately HKD 2,942,400) (exclusive of utilities expenses and charges). The rent payable by the Tenant under the Tenancy Agreement were determined after arm's length negotiations between the Landlord and the Tenant, with reference to the prevailing market rent for properties of similar use, floor area and location.

The rent payable by the Tenant under the Tenancy Agreement is expected to be financed by the internal resources of the Tenant.
