Hotel Shilla Co.,Ltd (KOSE:A008770) agreed to acquire 44% stake in 3Sixty Duty Free from Benny Klepach for approximately $120 million on October 25, 2019. As per the terms of deal, Hotel Shilla could exercise its option to buy another 23% stake in 3Sixty Duty Free in 2024. The deal is subject to regulatory approvals. Daniel Kim and Hae-In Park from Seoul and Robert Silvers from Washington D.C. of Paul Hastings LLP acted as legal advisors to Hotel Shilla Co.,Ltd.
