Hotel Shilla Co.,Ltd agreed to acquire unknown minority stake in GMS Duty Free for KRW 22 billion.

Hotel Shilla Co Ltd is a Korea-based company principally engaged in the operation of duty free shops. The Company operates its business through two segments. The Travel Retail (TR) segment operates duty free shops under the brand name of The Shilla Duty Free which offers boutique items, fashions, jewelries, cosmetics, watches and others. The Hotel and Leisure segment is engaged in the sale of rooms, food and beverages, as well as the leisure business such as the sports business, business travel management and others. The Company operates its business in domestic and overseas markets such as America, China and Singapore.
