Management Team of IMImobile PLC has agreed to acquire VAS Business Unit from IMImobile PLC for £6 million.

Management Team of IMImobile PLC has agreed to acquire VAS Business Unit from IMImobile PLC (AIM:IMO) for £6 million on February 16, 2021. £3 million will be paid within 6 months of completion and remaining £3 million will be paid after three years of completion. The Consideration will be used by the IMImobile PLC for general corporate purposes.
