CIMPOR - Cimentos De Portugal, SGPS, S.A. (ENXTLS:CPR) sold 16% stake in Yguazu Cementos (Paraguay) for $35 million on December 21, 2015. On completion, CIMPOR - Cimentos De Portugal, SGPS, S.A. will continue to keep the control of Yguazu Cementos (Paraguay) by holding a participation of 51% stake, while the remaining share capital will be hold by its already Paraguayan partner Concret Mix.
