At the Annual Shareholders' General Meeting that took place on March 27, 2014, Cimpor notifies shareholders that 2013 dividends will be paid as of April 24, 2014. The dividend per share is as follows: For resident and non-resident shareholders: Gross Dividend was EUR 0.0029; Withholding tax IRS/IRC (28% /25%)was EUR 0.0008/EUR 0.0007 and Net Dividend was EUR 0.0021 /EUR 0.0022.
