Japan PC Service Co.,Ltd. is a Japan-based company primarily engaged in the provision of setting installation and troubleshooting of network-enabled devices, such as computers, tablet devices and digital consumer electronics. Its Smart Life Support segment has been divided into two divisions. The Field Support business is involved in the operation of directly operated stores and member stores, providing support services in major cities in Kanto, Kansai, Chubu and Kyushu. Its Membership Support Center business mainly involves in the provision of setting and failure correspondence services for network-enabled devices including computers in its call center by telephone or remote (remote control). This business is targeted at alliance companies that have entered into a contract with the Company.
