Japan PC Service Co., Ltd. (NSE:6025) and AXIS Co., Ltd. concluded a business transfer basic agreement to acquire smartphone repair business from smapho station Inc. on December 3, 2019. The following four directors have been appointed from the company, Nobuyuki Ieki, Chairman of the Board (President of the Company); Keiichiro Okuda, President and Chief Executive Officer; Noriaki Tanabe (Director of the Company's Management Department) and Hirofumi Kanehisa (Director of Information Systems Department of the Company).
