The Company operates its business through five segments. The Securities Brokerage Business segment primarily provides brokerage services, margin and short-term IPO financing, and placing and underwriting services to its customers. The Money Lending Business segment provides loan products to borrowers, which mainly including personal loans, corporate loans. The Properties Investment Business segment engaged in the investment properties. The Securities Investment Business mainly invests short-term investments in listed securities in Hong Kong and other recognized overseas securities markets as well as other related investment products offered by banks and financial institutions. The Assets Management Services segment mainly provides assets management services.
