Lectra has reported a 26% drop in net income to €32.6 million and a 15% decline in recurring EBITDA (on a comparable basis) to €79 million, representing a margin down 2.3 percentage points to 16.5%.

At 477.6 million euros, sales for the specialist in solutions for working with flexible materials were down 6% on a comparable basis, but with the recurring portion up 6% to represent 68% of the total.

A dividend of 0.36 euros per share will be proposed for 2023. Lectra has set itself a target for 2024, based on its 2023 scope of consolidation, of sales of between €480 and €530 million and recurring EBITDA of between €85 and €107 million.
