GDANSK, March 27 (Reuters) - Polish fashion group LPP's agreements with its banks are unaffected by this month's Hindenburg Research report questioning the company's sale of its Russian assets, LPP's finance chief told a conference call for investors, analysts and media on Wednesday.

"At the moment the banks say that they are with us and no covenants or other provisions have been broken," said LPP Chief Financial Officer Przemyslaw Lutkiewicz. (Reporting by Adrianna Ebert Editing by David Goodman)
