Mega Matrix Corp. is a holding company. The Company, through its indirect subsidiary, Yuder Pte, Ltd. (Yuder), operates FlexTV, a short drama streaming platform based in Singapore that produces English and Thai dramas that are also translated into different languages for its users that are spread across various parts of the world such as Europe, America, and Southeast Asia. In addition to creating original dramas, Yuder also acquires third party content licenses which it then translates and distributes on its FlexTV platform. To deliver diverse and international content to its users, Yuders produces film in various parts of the world, including, but not limited to, the United States, Mexico, Australia, Thailand, and Philippines.
