MIT Holdings Co., Ltd. (JASDAQ:4016) agreed to acquire remaining 86% majority stake in ASP Co., Ltd. from Mikita Gotou, Tomoyuki Fujikake and Toshiaki Kubota on December 24, 2021. ASP Co. is held 14% by MIT Holdings Co., 76% by Mikita Gotou and remaining interest by Tomoyuki Fujikake and Toshiaki Kubota. Upon completion, MIT Holdings Co. will hold 200 shares representing a 100% interest in ASP Co. and will make it a subsidiary. The ASP Co. had net assets, sales and net loss of ¥4.76 million, ¥256.42 million and ¥8.14 million, respectively, for the fiscal year ending March 2021. The transaction is expected to close on December 28,2021.
MIT Holdings Co Ltd is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the information service business. The Company provides two services. The system integration services include system integration, server and network design and construction, system operation and maintenance services, project management and others. The solution services include computer-aided design (CAD) solution services, authentication solution services, digital marketing services, and other services such as drone solution services and education services.
