Jadwa Investment Company agreed to acquire an 10.92% stake in National Gas and Industrialization Company from Public Investment Fund for SAR 491.19 million.

National Gas and Industrialization Company SJSC (GASCO) is a Saudi Arabia based Company, that engaged in the distribution of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) through a network of filling stations across Saudi Arabia. The Company’s activities include transportation, filling and marketing LPG, which consists of both butane and propane gases, as well as the marketing of cylinders and empty tanks and their accessories to consumer sites. The company has works on the manufacture, transfer and marketing of petroleum products, chemical, glass, auto parts, equipment service centers, and establishment and maintenance of petroleum equipment and vehicles. Its activities include uses of gases, including residential, industrial, agricultural and commercial purposes.
