(Alliance News) - The following stocks are the best and worst performers on the Small-Cap Friday afternoon in Piazza Affari.

----------

FTSE SMALL CAP - WINNERS

----------

Netweek does best of all and rises 8.6 percent to EUR0.08 per share. The company announced Tuesday that the third tranche of the bond issued last October 20 and fully subscribed by Global Corporate Finance Opportunities was partially converted.

The conversion involved 7 bonds with a total countervalue of a nominal EUR35,000.00.

The price thus determined, equal to EUR0.09 per share, consequently resulted in the issuance to GCFO of 388,888 new Netweek shares with regular dividend rights.

As a result of the conversion, the share capital will thus consist of a total of 50.0 million ordinary shares.

----------

Also doing well is Antares Vision, in the green by 7.8 percent to EUR1.94 per share. The company announced that it has acquired "SME" status, as its market capitalization related to the year 2023 was below the required threshold.

The company's acquisition of the status entails, among other things, raising the minimum threshold of significant holdings from 3 percent to 5 percent of the voting share capital.

FTSE SMALL CAP - LOSERS

----------

Fidia goes to the bottom and gives up 4.1% to EUR0.51 per share. The stock has lost 48% in the last month and 65% in the last year.
