Nippon Sharyo announced that it will lay off 50 employees on Feb. 5, 2016. The company announced that layoffs reflect a temporary reduction in the final assembly shop and a four-week shutdown of its welding facilities.
Nippon Sharyo has implemented a policy outlining employees eligibility to be recalled to work.
