NuFlare Technology, Inc. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the development, manufacture, sale and provision of maintenance services of semiconductor manufacturing equipment. The Company provides the electronic beam mask writer devices, used in large scale integration (LSI) manufacturing process.
