Yoshiaki Murakami Builds Stake in NuFlare Technology

NuFlare Technology, Inc. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the development, manufacture, sale and provision of maintenance services of semiconductor manufacturing equipment. The Company provides the electronic beam mask writer devices, used in large scale integration (LSI) manufacturing process. It also provides mask inspection equipment, which inspects the electronic circuit patterns formed by original plate of LSI, as well as the epitaxial growth systems for print board materials used in semiconductor manufacturing.
