PEMTRON Corporation has filed an IPO.

Pemtron Corp is a Korea-based company principally engaged in the manufacture and sale of electronic products and semiconductors. The Company is engaged in the manufacture and sale of 3 dimensional (3D) inline solder paste inspection systems, automated surface mount device (SMD) counters and other products. In addition, the Company is engaged in the manufacture and sale of automatic vision inspection systems that can inspect secondary battery lead tab surface-defects and measurements.
