PGE increased the amount of the revolving credit line concluded with a consortium of banks to PLN 3.15 billion (EUR 725.1 million) from PLN 2.33 billion (EUR 536.3 million). Under an annex to the existing agreement with lenders, the consortium of banks has been joined by China Construction Bank (Europe), while Bank of China (Europe) boosted its engagement which resulted in an increase of the credit line from PLN 2.33 billion (EUR 536.3 million) to PLN 3.15 billion (EUR 725.1 million). In March 2023, PGE entered into an agreement with a consortium of banks consisting of: Powszechna Kasa Oszczednosci Bank Polski, Bank Polska Kasa Opieki, Bank of China (Europe), Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Europe), Alior Bank and Santander Bank Polska, an agreement for a revolving credit line of up to PLN 2.33 billion (EUR 536.3 mln).
