PLENUS Co., Ltd. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the food-service business. The Company operates in four business segments. The Hotto Motto segment is engaged in the operation of take-out lunch franchise stores under the name Hotto Motto, the sale of food, package material and business equipment (including maintenance and repair) to its member stores. The Yayoi-ken segment offers set-menu meals nationwide under the name Yayoi-ken and sells food, package material to its member stores. The MK Restraurants segment is involved in the provision of Shabushabu and other drinking tea at directly managed stores. The Overseas segment is involved in the sale of take-out lunch and set-menu meals.
