Prophecy International Holdings Ltd. continuing momentum in its Snare business with the signing of a key Defence contract in the United Kingdom. Prophecy has agreed to provide Snare to the UK Royal Air Force (RAF) to protect the force across 18 separate RAF defence networks. Encompassing 177 Enterprise Agents and 18 copies of Snare Central, this agreement on a perpetual license basis represents revenue of $580,000 for Prophecy.

This deal extends Prophecy's reach into the Defence sector and follows the Company's contract win in Fiscal Year 22, being a $725,000 deal to provide Snare to the UK Royal Navy. This new contract activity indicates the success of Prophecy's strategic focus on the Defence sector and also reflects the strength of the Company's partner-led growth strategy, with both of these deals having been facilitated by Prophecy's key partner and reseller Fujitsu. Prophecy expects its exhibition at DSEI to support its pipeline growth.

The Company has also identified potential for its agreement with Fujitsu to open opportunities to supply Snare to organizations responsible for the defense of Australia and its national interests. The Company will keep investors updated as these opportunities progress through the deal pipeline.
