Pt Hanwha Life Insurance Indonesia signed agreement to acquire 47.69% stake in PT Lippo General Insurance Tbk from PT Inti Anugrah Pratama and PT Star Pacific Tbk.

PT Star Pacific Tbk is an Indonesia-based life insurance company. The Company’s main business activities are in the field of professional, scientific and technical activity, which includes, other management consulting activities; and information and communication activities, which include, publication of newspapers, journals and newsletters or magazines, and information technology activities and other computer services. Its supporting business activities are real estate activities, which include, real estate owned or leased, and real estate on the basis of fees or contracts; and investing either directly or indirectly in other companies. This is to support the Company's main business activities. The Company’s subsidiaries include PT Multi Media Interaktif (MMI), which is engaged in mass media activities, and PT Cosmopolitan Indotama (CI), which is involved in an advertising agency.
