Dashine Corporation and another investor agreed to acquire Pyongtaek factory land and buildings of RaonSecure Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A042510) for KRW 12.2 billion on February 4, 2013. Of the purchase price, KRW 1.2 billion has been paid on February 4, 2013 and the balance of approximately KRW 11 billion will be paid on March 3, 2013. The transaction is expected to close on March 3, 2013 and proceeds of the sale will be used by RaonSecure for repayment of loan and better liquidity.

The Company also provides identification solutions based on fast identity online (FIDO). The Company is also engaged in the development of OmniOne, a decentralized identity platform based on blockchain and FIDO.
