RCI Hospitality Holdings, Inc. announced that it has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.06 per common share for the fiscal 2024 second quarter ending March 31, 2024. The second quarter of 2024 dividend is payable on March 29, 2024 to holders of record March 15, 2024 with an ex-dividend date of March 14, 2024.
RCI Hospitality Holdings, Inc. is a holding company, which operates through its subsidiaries. The Company is engaged in various activities in the hospitality and related businesses. The Companyâs all services and management operations are conducted by its subsidiaries, including RCI Management Services, Inc. It operates a total of 70 establishments, which offers live adult entertainment, including two that are under renovation/remodeling, and/or restaurant and bar operations, including one food hall. Bombshells Restaurant & Bar is a military-themed casual dining chain with a focus on sports and fun.
