S&T Bancorp, Inc. Announces CEO Transition, Effective August 23, 2021

S&T Bancorp, Inc. announced that Christopher J. McComish has been appointed as the company's chief executive officer, effective August 23, 2021. Mr. McComish previously served as senior executive vice president of consumer banking of TCF Bank. Mr. McComish succeeds David G. Antolik, who has served as interim chief executive officer and president of S&T since April 2021. Mr. Antolik will continue as president of S&T and as a member of S&T's board of directors, positions he has held since January 2019. Chris McComish has over 30 years of financial service experience, providing executive leadership to consumer banking, commercial banking, and wealth management businesses. He has a strong track record of driving growth and transformation while enhancing both digital and human customer engagement. Most recently, Chris served as senior executive vice president of TCF Bank, leading all consumer banking lines of business as well as business banking and wealth management.
S&T Bancorp, Inc. is a bank holding company. The Companyâs segments include Commercial Real Estate (CRE), Commercial and Industrial (C&I), Commercial Construction, Business Banking, Consumer Real Estate and Other Consumer. The CRE segment includes loans secured by commercial purpose real estate, including both owner-occupied properties and investment properties for various purposes such as hotels, retail, multifamily and healthcare. The C&I segment includes loans made to operating companies or manufacturers for the purpose of production, operating capacity, accounts receivable, inventory, or equipment financing. The Commercial Construction segment includes loans made to finance the construction of buildings or other structures, as well as to finance the acquisition and development of raw land for various purposes. The Business Banking segment includes commercial loans made to small businesses. Consumer Real Estate segment includes loans secured by first and second liens.
