The Board of Directors of S&T Bancorp, Inc. approved a $0.33 per share cash dividend on October 25, 2023. This is an increase of $0.02, or 6.5%, compared to a cash dividend of $0.31 per share declared in the same period in the prior year. The annualized yield using the October 24, 2023 closing price of $24.99 is 5.3%.
The dividend is payable November 24, 2023 to shareholders of record on November 9, 2023.

The Companyâs segments include Commercial Real Estate (CRE), Commercial and Industrial (C&I), Commercial Construction, Business Banking, Consumer Real Estate and Other Consumer.
